Returns & Exchanges

Ann Demeulemeester offers a refined return process for items in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be returned with original tags and packaging to ensure a successful refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer box and shipping carton, ensuring all signature garment tags remain intact and securely attached.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal to the exterior of the package and schedule a collection or drop-off at an authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once received at our atelier, your return will undergo a quality inspection before a refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
